Arrived quickly. The instructions are straight forward. Takes some time to get used to. Doesn’t allow you to slouch, which promotes healthier posture. I do enjoy that it makes you stand up straighter and taller. Over the clothes is comfortable, I have not tried under the clothes. Will use when I am doing desk work at home.
