Processing Times
Orders take 1-2 business days to process. We do not ship out on weekends.

Unfortunately, due to Covid-19, shipping may be delayed due to carrier availability. 
In some instances the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. External factors might cause shipping delays such as international customs processing and holidays that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons and to ensure that products get sent out as quick as possible, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

Lost/Missing Packages

InstantMyoRelief is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive in your country.
